Technical support

Dear customers, thank you for purchasing our products. In order to facilitate the operation of our sprayers, we provide you with tips that will help you solve minor hardware problems and avoid visiting the website.
  • Service aid Venus Super sprayers
    • Liquid flows out itself when pumping

      Reason:

      1. Absence or damage of "plug" gasket

      Solution:

      1. Unscrew the spraying tip from the pump body and check if the plug gasket is present in it; also check for damage or improper sitting. Replace in case of damage or absence.

Presence of liquid from the tank in the cylinder

      Reason:

      1. Damaged pump valve head.
      2. Edges of the pump valve head soiled.

      Solution:

      1. Unscrew the pump from the head and check the condition of the pump valve head. Failure to adhere to the cylinder bottom, cracks, swelling or shrinkage of the gasket are symptoms of its damage. Replace it with a new one.
      2. Dirt accumulated beneath the gasket edge may cause leakage. The problem should be eliminated after cleaning.

Problems with pumping, pump is letting liquid through

      Reason:

      1. Piston o-ring damaged.
      2. No silicone oil on the o-ring surface

      Solution:

      1. Screw the pump off the sprayer head. Then, disassemble the pump by screwing out the pump body. After disassembly, inspect the o-ring for damage. If the o-ring is cracked or deformed, replace it.
      2. After unscrewing the pump body, check if the o-ring is greased. In case of absence of silicone oil on the o-ring surface, grease it with silicone oil. After reassembling the pump, the device should operate correctly.

      Inconsistent spray jet

      Reason:

      1. Damaged, clogged or improperly installed spraying tip.

      Solution:

      1. Unscrew the spraying nut and rinse it under running water. After reassembling, the nozzle should operate correctly. In case of permanent nozzle damage (miscalibration of the sprayer opening), replace the spraying tip with a new one.

Noticeable pressure decrease in the sprayer; safety valve fails to open or close, tank pressure falling

      Reason:

      1. Damaged safety valve.
      2. Damaged sprayer head gasket.
      3. Wrongly screwed sprayer pump or absence of gasket on the pump body.

      Solution:

      1. With the valve stem pulled aside, introduce several drops of silicone oil and open/close the valve several times. If the problem persists, replace the valve with a new one.
      2. Check for presence of sealing element under the head (pump). Install a new one if absent; in case of damage (cutting, deformation), replace it with a new one.
      3. Check that the o-ring on the pump body is not cut or damaged. In case of missing gasket under the pump body, install a new one or replace it if damaged.

Sprayer is spraying air instead of liquid

      Reason:

      1. The suction tube fell out of the fixing hole in the head body.

      Solution:

      1. Unscrew the sprayer head and insert the suction tube correctly by rotating until stop.

Liquid leaking from beneath the sprayer handle

      Reason:

      1. Damaged o-ring on the cut-off mandrel.
      2. Faulty assembly of elements on the cut-off mandrel.

      Solution:

      1. With the spraying tip unscrewed and the "plug" gasket disassembled, introduce several drops of silicone oil into the hole on the head body and press the cut-off valve lever several times. If the problem persists, replace the cut-off mandrel with a new one.
      2. Disassemble the mandrel assembly by removing it, and then place in the proper order (see manual).

  • Service aid Orion Super sprayers
    • Low pressure on the lance outlet

      Reason:

      1. Filter in the handle clogged.
      2. Spraying nozzle clogged.

      Solution:

      1. Unscrew the handle from the piston valve, remove the filter, rinse it under running water, directing water inside the filter.
      2. Unscrew the lance tip nut, remove the spraying nozzle. The nozzle comprises of two parts - they must be separated, rinsed under running water, and then reassembled.

      Inconsistent spray jet

      Reason:

      1. Damaged, clogged or improperly installed spraying nozzle.
      2. Incomplete spraying nozzle.

      Solution:

      1. Unscrew the lance tip nut and remove the spraying nozzle. The nozzle comprises of two parts. Disassemble it and rinse under running water. After reassembling, the nozzle should operate correctly. In case of permanent damage to the nozzle (miscalibration of the sprayer opening), replace the nozzle with a new one.
      2. In case of absence of the whirling part, replace the nozzle with a new one. A spare nozzle is supplied with every new sprayer.

Visible reduction of sprayer pressure, presence of liquid from the tank in the cylinder

      Reason:

      1. Damaged pump valve head.
      2. Edges of the pump valve head soiled.

      Solution:

      1. Release pressure from the sprayer using the safety valve, screw the pump out of the head unit and inspect the condition of the pump valve head.

Then, disassemble the pump, removing the cylinder rod from the cylinder until stop and turning it until a click is heard. After disassembly, inspect the o-ring for damage. If the o-ring is cracked or deformed, replace it.
      2. After removing the rod, check if the o-ring is greased. In case of absence of silicone oil on the o-ring surface, grease it with the silicone oil included in the spare parts kit. After reassembling the pump, the device should operate correctly.

Pressure in the tank is falling, safety valve is failing to open or close

      Reason:

      1. Damaged safety valve or absence of valve body.
      2. Damaged sprayer head gasket.
      3. Wrongly screwed sprayer pump or absence of gasket on the pump body.
      4. Wrongly tightened water outlet hose.

      Solution:

      1. With the valve open, introduce several drops of silicone oil and open/close the valve several times. If the problem persists, replace the valve with a new one.
      2. Check that the sprayer head is tightened. Do not undo the sprayer head. In most cases, this results in leakage on the screwed-together elements, i.e. head unit and tank. This leads to leakage in the sprayer.
      3. Make sure that the pump is properly screwed into the head unit. In case of missing gasket on the pump body, install a new one.
      4. Check that the nut fixing the sprayer pipe is sufficiently tightened.
